TO OPEN, gently press the lid up and away from the front of the base. Compact will open easily. 
TO REPLACE POWDER FOUNDATION REFILL, first remove existing powder foundation pan. Peel back film from printed label on bottom of refill pan, then press pan firmly into compact tray.
