    Suggested Usage
    Recommendations for the use of Glister™:

    This product is designed for STEP 3 of the Glister™ oral care system.

    Press the pump 4 times and squeeze the concentrate into the cap, then fill with water to the midline (20 ml), rinse thoroughly vigorously for 30 seconds, then spit into the sink.

    Use in the morning and evening after brushing and flossing. For greater effectiveness, do not rinse your mouth or drink liquids for a while.
